Seizing on the rare opportunity of Paige Alexander, CEO of The Carter Center's, visit to Brussels, we have assembled an exceptional panel of women leaders for what promises to be a truly compelling evening of conversation, insight, and connection. ✨

The world is shifting — fast. Geopolitical tensions are rising, funding landscapes are tightening, and institutions that once seemed immovable are being tested. In this moment of disruption, what does it truly mean to lead with purpose?

This panel brings together five extraordinary women leaders from across policy, business, and civil society for an honest, unscripted conversation about the realities of leadership today. From navigating geopolitical pressure to sustaining impact in resource-constrained environments, they will share the thinking behind their decisions, the weight of their responsibilities, and what it takes to remain both effective and grounded when the ground keeps shifting.

Doors open at 18:00 — we encourage you to arrive early to register, enjoy a drink and a snack, and soak up the atmosphere of The Nine before heading upstairs for the panel at 19:00. The discussion will wrap up by 20:30–21:00, with open networking until 22:00.
