Membership in the American Club of Brussels
Here is our on-line Individual Application Form. There are several classes of membership as follows:
- Regular membership: (adults over 35 years old): 150 EUR per year. Please note that you can add your partner or family member for free so its really a 2 for 1 deal, but they will not have voting rights at our Annual General Meetings.
- Active Duty Military: 110 EUR per year. (please note that you can add your partner or family member for free so its really a 2 for 1 deal, but your partner will not have voting rights at our Annual General Meetings).
- Young Adults (under 35): 80 EUR per year, only valid for 1 person. However, if you wish to sign up your partner, you can get 50% off this rate for this second person. Please email info@americanclubbrussels.org for assistance to register your partner at this reduced rate.
- Student: Free. The student category is for 1 individual who studies full time and is under the age of 26. (Students will be asked to provide proof of student status.)
- Retiree (65 or older): 80 EUR per year, only valid for 1 person. However, you can add your partner as a member with a 50% discount; please email info@americanclubbrussels.org for assistance to register your partner at this reduced rate.
- Non-Resident (not living in Belgium): 45 EUR per year (need to provide proof of primary residence outside Belgium). This is only for 1 individual membership, but your spouse can be added as a member with a 50% discount. Please email info@americanclubbrussels.org for assistance to register your partner at this reduced rate.
Individual membership is conferred only to individuals, not companies, organizations or groups. Individual membership goes to a specific, named person, and may not be transferred to others, even for event eligibility. Membership applications are approved at the monthly meeting of the Board of Governors.
