Step into a different kind of spring day just outside Brussels.
The American Club of Brussels is invited to La Rivelaine in Lillois, a tranquil estate where art, nature and scent come together in an immersive experience created in partnership with the Fleur Rossdale Foundation. Set in peaceful gardens and a historic barn, La Rivelaine has long been a meeting place for dialogue, reflection, and our connection with the natural world.
During our private group visit, we will:

Explore the gardens and perfumery of La Rivelaine with Cyrille Lucas Vael, discovering how botanical cultivation and scent creation support and protect natural ecosystems.

Visit the Insensum atelier and be introduced to the craft of incense-making – where centuries-old knowledge meets contemporary science and the language of scent.

Enjoy a private viewing of the “Nature in Art” exhibition, curated by Aglaia Ponomareva, featuring works by established artists alongside pieces by students from EEBA and ISB, entered for the DCCI School Awards.
- Be welcomed in the barn by Fleur Rossdale, founder of the Direct Climate Cooling Initiative, who uses storytelling to bring climate realities to life for younger generations.
- Enjoy tea and cakes at the end of the visit
