ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
on Thursday June 5, 2025 at 18:30
at the historic, Belgian Officers Club ‘Prince Albert’
Rue des Petits Carmes 20, 1000 Bruxelles - Karmaliet Room
Agenda:
- Call to Order and Welcome by President
- Approval of the financial accounts for the fiscal year 2024
- Approval of the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2026.
- Approval of the proposed revised Statutes.
- Approval of the proposed Board
IMPORTANT: Please note, Member attendance is key to the success of the AGM. In order to approve our Statutes, we need two-thirds of the Club Members to be present (and agree) OR send their proxy vote to a Board Member at the Annual General Meeting. We are pleased to announce that we have been able to secure a very special location for this event – the historic, members-only Belgian Officers Club ‘Prince Albert’.

We will have still and sparkling water in the room, and people have the option to register separately (check the club calendar) for a dinner in the lovely Sablon area, just a few blocks away, which will be directly following the end of the meeting (expected to be 20:15 start for the dinner).
