 You’re invited to a “Taste of Brussels”. Please join us as we delve into the streets of Brssels and flavour assorted restaurants throughout the city. From the chic to the understated, please join us and let’s explore and taste them all. 

This month’s culinary discovery:

Siendas

Typical Sardinian bistro cuisine that combines heritage and modernisation of this cuisine rich in flavours and unaltered aromas. All of this in a warm and friendly atmosphere.The restaurant offers a modern Sardinian cuisine with fresh and seasonal products. Siendas wine cellar offers wine lovers a wide range of the best wines from all the different wine-growing regions of the island, from north to south, east to west.

Mixed Salad with your choice of: 

Swordfish carpaccio OR Sheep cured ham OR Grananglona cheese and olives (parmesan style sheep milk cheese)

MAIN

Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, homemade pesto, bottarga of tuna and toasted almonds OR

Culurgiones (Sardinian traditional ravioli filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese cream) OR

Taccone (Sardinian pasta) with radicchio cream and pancetta

DESSERT

Traditional Sardinian biscuits

• Price: ACB Members (and partner clubs) get a discounted rate at 70 euros. Non-members:75 euros.
• Reservations are due by 11 April 2023. 

Cancellations are possible until noon 6 April 2023. Participants cancelling after this time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full cost of the event.
