Pat Moore Comedy Show: The American Apology

New country. New culture. New dog. Same confused American.
Sold out across five countries — Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland — Pat Moore is bringing The American Apology to Brussels for one night only!
Thursday, 12 November 2026 | Doors open at 19:30 | Show starts at 20:00
From a small town in America to a Berlin apartment with a German wife and a very needy dog, Pat Moore delivers a personal, punchy comedy show about getting lost — literally and emotionally — in a new country.
Cross-cultural relationships, bureaucracy, the textile-free wellness centre and dog-related trauma all feature in this funny and occasionally humiliating account of an American trying to adapt to life in Germany. No German, no volume control, no national pride.
It’s a show for anyone who has ever moved abroad, dated across cultures, or wanted a personal apology from an American.
Not sure what to expect? Watch two minutes of jokes (not from the show) here.
And if you need convincing, here’s what audiences have said:
“I was cracking up the entire time. If this tour is your way of apologizing, apology fully accepted.”
— Maria, Frankfurt
“Two full hours of nonstop laughter and amazing vibes.”
— Yepakh, Dresden
“Highly recommend to US expats, Germans, or honestly anyone who has ever tried to navigate cultural differences without losing their mind.”
— Lukas, Berlin
“The price was surprisingly low. I would have paid more.”
— Andreia, Luxembourg
With sold-out shows in Cologne, Frankfurt, Dresden, Nuremberg and Heidelberg, Brussels is next!
