Join us at the Roy d'Espagne for a festive evening combining history, gastronomy, and entertainment, with trumpets, juggling, troubadours, and other marvels bringing the atmosphere of Charles V’s time back to life.
This year of our era, at precisely 7:30 pm, on Friday October 3. The gates of Le Roy d’Espagne shall open for a second exceptional evening:The Charles V Dinner-Show: Trumpets, juggling, troubadours and other marvels will enchant the vigil.
Menu of the Feast of the King: The choice of dishes must be provided when booking.
- Starter: Chimay cheese croquette or Puff pastry with field snails
- Main course: The King’s vol-au-vent (voted 3rd best in all Brussels by popular acclaim) or North Sea fish waterzooi
- Sweet delights to close the feast: Belgian dark chocolate mousse or Rice pudding with flowing caramel
- To drink: Spring water in abundance – Package of 2 drinks to choose from: Draft beers (Jupiler, Leffe blonde or brown), House wines of the King (12.5 cl)
