Each month, we navigate through the paths of our great city to uncover a hidden restaurant gem that we can’t wait to share with you. Culinary delights and libations in hand, we enjoy meeting fellow members and welcoming all guests for a convivial evening together. To top it all off, we have the great opportunity to Meet the Chef, who will come out to our table and share his or her story. Whether new to Brussels – or like all of us at ACB, always new to (re)discovering Brussels, we invite you to join us!
This month’s culinary discovery:
Humphrey is nestled in the heart of a peaceful district of Brussels. The Humphrey restaurant offers mixed, original and definitely green cuisine.
Glen Ramaekers and Julie De Block run this fine establishment which attracts artists, businessmen, curious epicureans as well as senior officials, thanks to an inventive cuisine. After traveling the world for years to find the most innovative products for the largest gourmet restaurants, this Belgian-Filipino cook decided, in early 2016, to put down his bags and have fun behind the stove.

- Reservations are due by February 18, noon. Cancellations are possible until noon on 16 February. Participants canceling after this time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full cost of the event.
