We are thrilled to announce our first the Meet the Chef of the year! Each month, we navigate through the paths of our great city to uncover a hidden restaurant gem that we can’t wait to share with you. Culinary delights and libations in hand, we enjoy meeting fellow members and welcoming all guests for a convivial evening together. Whether new to Brussels – or like all of us at ACB, always new to (re)discovering Brussels, we invite you to join us!
This month’s culinary discovery:
Aux Armes de Bruxelles
Located at the heart of Brussels' historic center, Aux Armes de Bruxelles is a traditional Belgian brasserie, taking you back a century ago and serving delightful Belgian dishes. Includes drinks at one's discretion during your meal draught beers, softs, mineral waters and a selection of Martet red or white house wines.

-Plate of Ardennes ham, assortment of crudités or -House Belgian cheese croquettes and fried parsley or -Smoked salmon salad, endives in lemon and chive cream or -Crêpes filled with Ardennes ham and wild mushrooms, with melted Maredsous cheese MAIN COURSES -Our famous chicken vol-au-vent, mousseline sauce and fries or -Gueuze Beef Carbonnade, fresh endive salad and fries or -Grilled salmon béarnaise, baked tomato, boiled potatoes or -Cod fillet en croûte with mustard and parsley, white beer onion mousse and pomme soufflée potatoes DESSERTS -Brussels waffle with icing sugar and chantilly cream or -Belgian chocolate mousse or -Speculoos tiramisu or -Brown sugar tart or
