All ACB members, in accordance with the Club’s Statutes and By-Laws, are invited to attend the

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

on Monday, May 26, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.

 at the

Renaissance Brussels Hotel
Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels (Ixelles)

Agenda:

• Approval of the financial accounts for the fiscal year 2013 and the budget for the fiscal year 2014.
• Voting/confirmation of members of the Executive Committee.
• Voting/confirmation of new Governors:
  - Patrick Menache (Belgian);
  - Andy Krenz (USA);
  - Nancy Hilton (USA).
• Voting on amendment to Chapter III “Management”, article 2 § 1 of the By-Laws:
  "Art. 2. The Board of Governors shall, at a June December meeting each year, elect, from among its members, the Officers to serve terms of one year and to take office at the start of the next fiscal year. The Officers' appointment shall be confirmed at the occasion of the annual General Meeting of the Association to be held in accordance with the Statutes."
