America: Love It, Leave It or
Share your Loyalty:
US Expatriation Law and Dual Nationality

Are you a part of the growing number of American citizens or dual nationals considering expatriation?

If so, don’t miss this lunch conference featuring US immigration and nationality lawyer Richard S. Goldstein, Senior Partner, Law Offices of Richard S. Goldstein. Mr. Goldstein will draw on his more than 30 years of experience in dealing with expatriation and US visa and consular issues to explain the policies and procedures associated with renouncing your American passport.

Mr. Goldstein will discuss the following issues: US expatriation policy and procedures with an emphasis on current adjudication standards and issues related to expatriates; the various reasons people choose to expatriate; differences in scheduling expatriation interviews and general adjudication issues at different US Embassies and Consulates; the right to counsel during the expatriation process; and the consequences of expatriation in terms of future travel to the United States.
