Mystery Art March
Friday 6 March - 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m
Join us in discovering and exploring the excellent artists of Europe and beyond as we partner with a different “mystery” art gallery each month.
Please join us on Friday, March 6, at this cosy and friendly atelier full of inspiration, beauty and originality. Nestled in a residential neighbrhood, the gallery is in the former studio of a well known artist and the building was designed by a famous architect of the art nouveau movement.
The exhibition, “Transforming”, will showcase the works of three Spanish artists; the artists will be present during this event.
Santiago Martinez Peral’s body of work covers an extensive range of pictorial typologies with diverse possibilities of expression in this medium. Symbolism, sensuality, irony, and expressionism are topics frequently featured in his work. In his paintings and drawings, he experiments with different creative expressions and range of colors.
Txema Munoz is a versatile and innovative artist. Working with different disciplines, painting, drawing, engraving, he is particularly interested in “material art’, using different textures and materials to find new ways to translate his ideas.
José Manuel Cardiel is a self-taught painter. He works in the style of abstract expressionism of the pictorial movement of William De Kooning and Jackson Pollack, characterized by throwing, splashing, pouring and dripping on canvas. Each canvas reflects a feeling and state of mind.
Please note that this event is limited to 20 participants, so please sign up quickly. The name of the mystery gallery will be “unveiled” upon registration. If you are unable to attend the opening and are interested in visiting the gallery at another time, please contact me directly for further information. Evikahle@evikahle.com
