The American Theatre Company Presents

“Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf” (other days sold out)

Thursday, October 10, 2019 - 6.30p.m.

Join us on Thursday, October 10 for a special event with The American Theatre Company as they host a discussion with director Glenn Vaughan over wine and hors d’oeuvres.

Edward Albee's cult classic invites us for a nightcap with two couples in a small East Coast American university town. After a faculty party, Martha and George welcome newcomers Nick and Honey into their home, drawing the unwitting younger couple into their bitter and frustrated relationship.

Darkly comic right from the start, it only gets darker. David Benedict, writing for Variety, said this play "makes the complete works of Strindberg look like Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm."

The price includes excellent reserved seats, the pre-performance discussion with wine and hors d’oeuvres.

Please note that this event is limited to 20 participants, so please sign-up quickly. Reservations are due by Tuesday, October 8
