Cash bar open to all. Newcomers to Belgium and prospective ACB members are especially welcome. Complimentary zakouskis will be offered. No reservation is necessary. Bring a guest or two.
A Fun Competition
Everybody loves Final Fridays, oops; I meant to say Final Thursdays. The ambiance is informal, the drinks flow, the snacks are plentiful and tasty, and there are lots of interesting people to meet and greet. The only thing wrong with Final Thursdays is its name. It just doesn’t trip lightly off the tongue.
The Board of Governors has wracked its collective brain to find a better name for this monthly event. But to no avail. So we’re turning to you – the membership – to come up with a replacement name for Final Thursday. Email your suggestions to the ACB Office Manager at info@americanclubbrussels.org. You can enter as many times as you like. The winning name will be announced at the next Final Thursday on Thursday, January 27 at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel. The deadline is Monday, January 24 at the close of the business day. The decision of the Board of Governors will be final.
The winner will receive a bottle of champagne, but must be present to collect the prize.
