Yoga Discovery Week

You are invited to join us for four days of practice in the authentic tradition of Hatha Yoga. This workshop will combine the practice of postures and breathing to relieve stress and increase energy and harmony of the body and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or have attended classes before, it will provide the opportunity to get back to the basics and experience the impact of a both accessible and effective yoga practice.
Marie-Gabrielle is a certified yoga teacher, member of the Belgian Yoga Federation. Her yoga practice is rooted in the authentic tradition of T.Krishnamacharya, who has been called "the father of modern yoga". Marie-Gabrielle continues to study yoga in both Belgium and India, with a focus on yoga for women and yoga therapy.
