• Approval of the financial accounts for the fiscal year 2015 and the budget for the fiscal year 2016.
• Voting/confirmation of new Governors:

• Accepting resignations from the Board of Governors:
  – Aurelia Takacs;
  – Inez Schreiden;
  – Michael Dunhill;
  – Nancy Hilton.
• Voting/confirmation of members of the Executive Committee:
  – Brian Dunhill, President;
  – Melissa Rancourt, First Vice-President;
  – Margaret Nicholson, Vice-President/Secretary;
