Dine-Out at Le Bugatti

Please join us for our May Dine-Out on May 12 in a return engagement to the popular Bugatti restaurant, opened in 1988, and specializing in Brussels and Belgian cuisine. The building had been the garage annex to an Avenue Louise mansion dating from 1885. The family took the name Bugatti inspired by the famous car created by Ettore Bugatti in 1909. The stained glass window is original (1885) and served as a skylight to the workshop. Even though it has since been back-filled, it retains its beautiful illumination. Over the years, the garage has housed carriages, and other horse-drawn vehicles, through to motor vehicles. At the time the drivers and their families lived upstairs. The tiles on the walls are from the period and the frescos are exact reproductions of the originals. The building is full of history, which the owners are committed to preserve in order to impart the atmosphere in which to enjoy the flavors of their “terroir”, entirely developed in their home.
Dine-outs are a great opportunity to meet old friends and make some new ones. If you have not yet been to a Dine-Out, or are looking to discover new restaurants in Brussels, this is the event for you.

Cancellations are possible until noon on Monday, May 9. Participants canceling after this time, as well as no-shows, are charged the full cost of the event.
