• Update on recent US tax legislation changes for individuals
• Proposed US tax changes effecting individuals based upon President Obama's budget proposal
• Increased IRS focus on foreign bank account reporting
• US tax and reporting pitfalls for US persons owning foreign corporations (i.e. BV, etc.) and foreign mutual funds
